What the VIP Home Search is
It's a curated buying process. Instead of you wading through every listing that matches your filters, we do the wading. You get a small, hand-selected set of homes — often fewer than five at a time — that actually fit the life you're trying to build.
That sounds simple. The work behind it isn't.
Step one — a real conversation about what you actually want
Before we look at a single home, we have a conversation. Sometimes over coffee, sometimes over Zoom. We don't start with square footage. We start with how you want your mornings to feel, what your weekends look like, who visits and how often, and what the hidden requirements are that most agents never ask about.
Do you need a guest suite that closes off? A mudroom for dogs? A primary bedroom that doesn't share a wall with the garage? A kitchen that can handle a holiday of 14? Most of what makes a home "right" for someone has nothing to do with bedrooms and bathrooms — and the typical MLS search can't see any of it.
Step two — the filter we build for you
From that conversation, we build a custom brief.
